What it does

Metrics with targets
Each metric shows its current value, today's target and where the value came from.

ISO 22400 calculator
Standard indicators with formulas. The calculator refuses incomplete input and saves a result only when you choose.

Scorecards and alerts
Scorecards group goals with validity periods. Threshold, deviation and anomaly rules notify the whole plant.
Where the data comes from
- MES, CMMS, QMS, HSE and WMS publish their indicators every hour.
- Operator kiosks add good pieces and reported defects.
- Manual measurements and ISO 22400 calculator results.
Good to know
- OEE, MTBF and FPY are calculated by the modules that own the data. KPI / Analytics stores them.
- A metric without a measurement stays empty, so a goal without data shows no data instead of zero.
- Alerts here are set on business metrics. Alarms on raw sensor readings are in IoT.
