What is module-based pricing?

You pay for the IRIS modules you use. Start with one, for example MES Production or IoT, and add more later. Each module is priced separately.

Can I switch plans or add modules later?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan or add single modules at any time. Your data and configuration carry over, with no migration.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The 14-day trial runs on your plant's real data, so you can test the modules you need before you commit. If you want help with the first line, we can also run a guided pilot. Contact our team to arrange it.

What does on-premise deployment mean?

With Enterprise, IRIS can run in a dedicated private cloud or in your own data center instead of our shared cloud. Production data stays in the environment you choose.

How is pricing calculated for several sites?

It depends on the number of sites, the modules per site and the total number of users. We offer volume discounts for deployments across several sites. Contact us for a precise quote.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The monthly price includes hosting, updates and standard support. Implementation, custom integrations and premium training are quoted separately.
