IRIS Product Terms

2. Out of scope

This product is not:

• a machine-control, PLC, SCADA, DCS, or SIS system,
• a guaranteed ERP replacement,
• a physical automation or robot deployment service,
• a substitute for plant-level legal, safety, or compliance obligations,
• a guaranteed business-outcome engine without customer participation and data quality.

IRIS may support operational workflows and decision-making, but final business and plant decisions remain with the customer.

3. Customer responsibilities

The customer remains responsible for:

• process ownership and operating decisions,
• master data and source data quality,
• approvals, task execution, and plant governance,
• internal staffing and adoption,
• customer-managed systems, infrastructure, and integrations except where DBR77 expressly undertakes them,
• physical plant safety, machine operations, and regulatory compliance in the plant environment.

4. Dependencies

IRIS depends on the selected deployment model, customer data quality, agreed integrations, environment ownership split, and the hosting, residency, backup, recovery, and support terms stated in the applicable commercial documents.

5. Variability clause

Capabilities, features and deployment models may vary depending on configuration, region and agreed scope.

6. AI disclaimer

Where IRIS includes AI-assisted or recommendation features, outputs are probabilistic and should not be treated as the sole basis for critical operational, engineering, legal, safety, or financial decisions.

7. No guarantee clause

DBR77 provides tools and recommendations. Business outcomes are not guaranteed.
