What it does

My Tasks, alerts, communicator and personal KPIs. Tasks show their source, with start and finish buttons.

Walks and audits
Findings from walks and audits become tasks. Equipment findings from walks also create CMMS work orders.
- 03
Improvement tools
Ideas, kaizen, A3 reports, PDCA cycles and a daily board with metrics and targets.
Where the data comes from
- GEMBA's own service: ideas, kaizen, A3, boards, walks, audits and standard work.
- Other modules: MES, QMS, CMMS, HSE, People and Tasks, each read separately.
- If one source does not answer, its tile shows an error instead of zero.
Good to know
- GEMBA is not a full task manager. The task board and analytics are in Tasks.
- Courses and certificates are in LMS. GEMBA does not run training.
- Working time and personnel records are in People.
