- 02
Service contracts
Contract type, coverage hours, response and repair times, package hours used, rate and the machines covered.
- 03
Service invoices
Parts, labor and travel lines. An invoice moves from draft to issued to paid, and totals list each currency.
Where the data comes from
- Customers, contacts, sites, machines and contracts are entered and edited in CRM.
- Tickets, parts and escalations come from the MES Service flow, linked to the same customers.
- Invoices are created on the invoices screen, with their lines and payment terms.
Good to know
- CRM is for service customers. There is no sales funnel, quotes or campaigns.
- Invoices are operational documents. Accounting stays in your ERP.
- Amounts on an issued invoice cannot be edited. You can mark it as paid.
